From our beginning in 1993, our Washington D.C.-based, woman-owned firm built a reputation for making a difference in the complex work-life of the 21st Century.
Within our first year, ADR Vantage became one of the first firms in the U.S. to incorporate consulting on the newly enacted Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), with alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services to promote voluntary accommodation and inclusion. Soon after we became one of only three firms initially awarded a General Services Administration (GSA) schedule for ADR related services. From there we grew our client base and presence across the U.S. We now have a nationwide network of over 160 skilled, highly credentialed, and vetted practitioners, consultants, and coaches. Today, our extended team offers our clients a diverse array of cross-cutting expertise and lived experiences that make us singularly qualified to relate to and address the most complex and nuanced workplace situations.
