Shayne M. Julius, MS
Director of Operations
Shayne M. Julius is a trainer, mediator, facilitator, and consultant. She joined ADR Vantage in 2011, bringing with her a passion for improving workplaces through good communication, effective processes and the empowerment of individual employees. As the Director of Operations, Shayne manages the day-to-day operations of ADR Vantage and provides strategic direction, management and evaluation for an array of client projects. Prior to joining ADR Vantage, Shayne provided interagency program coordination for an office that is now part of the State Department’s Bureau of Conflict and Stabilization Operations, and served as Compliance Project Manager and Training Coordinator for an international law firm. Shayne earned an M.S. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University, is a Green Cross-certified Compassion Fatigue Educator, and has been trained in mediation, facilitation, problem-solving, crisis counseling, appreciative inquiry, ombudsman services, body language, improvisation and storytelling. Shayne brings strategic thinking and compassion to her work as a consultant and is effective at helping clients navigate even the most complex projects. When not at work, Shayne enjoys reading a good book, going to the ballet and laughing to the point of tears at an improv comedy performance.
