Disability-Related Compliance Training and Consulting

With a focus on the practical, ADR Vantage’s division, ADA Vantage helps employees understand how these laws relate to their jobs, both as employers of persons with disabilities and in their delivery of services. We offer a variety of training options, tailored to the audience. The division also offers consultation on development of internal disability policies, i.e., Reasonable Accommodation policies; identifying essential job functions within job descriptions; conducting Self-Evaluations.
