Mediation,
Arbitration and Facilitated Dialogue
ADR Vantage provides
a variety of ADR services such as mediation
and arbitration. Other ADR processes offered
include: conciliation, facilitated dialogue,
fact-finding, and ombudsmen services.
The firm maintains a nationwide roster
of dispute resolution professionals to
serve clients within their regions.
Conflict
Assessment and ADR Systems Design
ADR Vantage helps organizations
seeking solutions to ineffective working
relationships within work units or organization-wide.
This may be in the form of assessment
of existing or potential conflict; establishment
of internal mechanisms for improving communications
and problem solving; and/or consultation
on policies and practices that minimize
conflict. This systems approach integrates
ADR practices into current employee complaint
and grievance procedures.
Program Evaluation
ADR Vantage recently
completed a series of program evaluations
on ADR systems in the Federal sector.
These reports provided a baseline for
program review and offered recommendations
on the future development of these conflict
management programs. The scope included
both workplace and customer-related ADR
services.
Conflict Management Training
Training topics include
conflict management, interest-based negotiation,
basic and advanced mediation processes
and skills, general ADR overview, mediating
disability disputes, cultural factors
in mediation and preparing managers and
lawyers for the ADR process. |
