Highly trained in all aspects of leadership, Tova serves as a senior consultant in the areas of leadership development, human resources management, and organizational development. She often contributes to the development of executive leadership programs by conducting training and serving as an executive coach. Her consulting expertise resides with large corporations, mid-sized companies, and professional associations.
Tova has a specific expertise in leadership assessment, which she uses to consult with and coach clients. During 2004, she completed a study regarding team shared leadership with a prominent defense contracting organization. This study included, among other measures, a 360 degree assessment of each of the 51 team leaders. The result was a leadership development initiative.
Tova holds a Doctorate degree from George Washington University, as well as a Masters degree in counseling and human resources management and an Executive Certificate in Coaching from Georgetown University. In addition to consulting and coaching, she instructs masters level students in leadership and organizational change at George Washington University on an adjunct faculty basis.
