Shayne M. Julius, MS

Director of Operations

Shayne oversees the operational activities of ADR Vantage and specializes in technology-based solutions to achieve client learning and development outcomes. She brings strategic thinking, a systems perspective, and a resilience approach to her work as a consultant and is effective at helping clients navigate even the most complex projects.

Shayne joined ADR Vantage in 2011 with a passion for improving workplaces through good communication, effective processes, and the empowerment of individual employees. In her operations role, she brings together her experience in contract compliance, project management, and planning to provide strategic direction, management, and evaluation for an array of client and internal projects. In 2011, she played a significant role in standing up the U.S. Agency for International Development’s award-winning Staff Care Program.

Shayne is a skilled online facilitator, trainer, and curriculum designer that became an INIFAC Certified Virtual Facilitator™ in 2020. In 2019, she developed and delivered an e-learning workshop series for the Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) mentoring program focused on maintaining a learner perspective and asking better questions. In 2020, she successfully piloted virtual delivery of a TSA curriculum on Leading Effective Workgroups, and she continues to support the Training Director of the Federal Internal Coach Training Program (FICTP) in the design and documentation of the first virtual delivery of that government-wide program.

Prior to joining ADR Vantage, Shayne provided interagency program coordination for an office that is now part of the State Department’s Bureau of Conflict and Stabilization Operations, and she served as Compliance Project Manager and Training Coordinator for an international law firm.

Shayne earned an MS in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University, is a certified Compassion Fatigue Educator, and has expertise in crisis counseling, body language, improvisation, and storytelling.

When not at work, Shayne enjoys reading a good book, going to the ballet, and laughing to the point of tears at an improv comedy performance.
